How to Delete your Account

1. Click the "My Profile" link in the upper right corner of the page. A menu will appear. Click the "Delete Account link.

2. A white box will pop up in the middle of your screen. Select the reason you are leaving My Diabetes Home. If you select "Other" a Comments box will appear to enter another reason that you are leaving. Enter your current password to confirm account deletion. Click the "Continue" button.
