Can I refill my prescriptions directly through MDH?

Unfortunately, you cannot automatically refill your prescriptions directly through My Diabetes Home, however, you can have instant access to your pharmacist’s contact information, and stay up-to-date with all of your pharmacies.

1. To add a local pharmacy to your account, click the “My Profile” link in the upper right corner of your page and then choose “Pharmacies” from the menu.


2. To add a pharmacy to your list, click the green “+ Add Pharmacy” button at the top left of your screen.

3. On the next page, you can fill in all the information related to your pharmacy, including the name, address, phone number, website, and your pharmacist’s email address.


4. When you’re finished, press the green “Save” button on the bottom of your screen, and your pharmacy list will automatically be updated.
