My Diabetes Home can help you meet your blood sugar goals with the mySugars tool.
1. To enter your goal sugar ranges, hover your cursor over the “MySugars” tab at the top of your screen, and select “Sugar Log.”
2. On your “My Sugars - Sugar Log” page, click the green “Set My Targets” button.
3. On the white popup screen, enter your goal sugar ranges for before meals, after meals, and before bedtime. If you aren’t sure what your target range should be, click the blue “Set ADA Default” link at the bottom of your page to get recommendations set by the American Diabetes Association. When you’re finished, click the green “Save” button.
4. Your target ranges will automatically be updated. Now, when a measurement on your sugar log falls below your target range, you’ll see a red exclamation point next to the sugar. When your blood sugar is above your goal, you’ll see a yellow star.
